U2wallet Platform Terms & Conditions
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the u2wallet platform by users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the u2wallet platform—whether via web browser or mobile app—you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this document. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use u2wallet services.
Continuing to use the platform after any term updates are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. u2wallet reserves the right to modify these terms anytime with appropriate notice to users via the platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and u2wallet as the platform provider. Users must be 18 years or older to use any offered services. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of u2wallet services, you must register an account providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is allowed only one account. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual violates the terms and may lead to suspension or permanent closure of all related accounts.
You are fully responsible for:
- Keeping your account password and login information confidential.
- All activities carried out under your account, including betting, transactions, and interactions on the platform.
- Notify u2wallet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Ensuring your personal information is always accurate and up to date.
U2wallet is not liable for any losses resulting from users failing to secure their login information. Any activity undertaken on your account before you report loss of access is your responsibility.
3. Platform Usage Rules
U2wallet users agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using any software or automated methods to access, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
- Placing bets or making transactions intended for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activities.
- Sharing your account or allowing third parties to use your account on your behalf.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
- Distributing content that is offensive, threatening, or infringes on others’ rights through the platform.
U2wallet reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these rules and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating the relevant account without prior notice in serious cases.
4. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the u2wallet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users must ensure they use valid payment methods registered in their own name. u2wallet accepts various deposit methods including FPX bank transfers, e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform.
Important details regarding transactions:
- Deposit: All deposits successfully processed into your u2wallet account are final and cannot be reversed once credited.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawals are processed to registered and verified bank accounts. u2wallet may request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals.
- Bonuses and promotions: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Violating these conditions may result in bonus cancellation.
- Tax: Users are responsible for complying with any applicable tax obligations under Malaysian law.
U2wallet reserves the right to suspend processing of suspicious transactions while investigations are ongoing. In confirmed fraud cases, funds may be blocked or refunded according to established procedures.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

U2wallet is not responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including betting losses, technical disruptions, or unauthorized third-party access. Services are provided “as is” with no guarantees of continuous availability or accuracy of platform information.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the u2wallet platform are the exclusive property of u2wallet or our licensors. Users are not allowed to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of these elements for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links and Services
The u2wallet platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors. u2wallet is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of these third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user’s own risk and subject to the respective third-party terms.
6. Account Policy, Terms Changes & Laws
Account Suspension and Closure
U2wallet reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts for the following reasons without prior notice in serious cases: suspected fraud or illegal activity, repeated violations of usage terms, abuse of bonuses or promotions, or requests from authorized authorities. For suspended accounts, valid fund balances will be processed for return after investigations conclude, subject to case outcomes.
Users may also request account closure by contacting u2wallet support. All active unsettled bets at the time of closure will be processed according to standard rules.
Terms Amendments
U2wallet reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through platform notices. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect is deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes relating to these terms or the use of the u2wallet platform shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, both parties agree to submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
